Add the sauce to a medium saucepan and bring to a low simmer to warm through. 

__Stovetop:__ Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet or heavy-bottomed sauté pan over medium until hot, 2-3 minutes. Carefully add the chicken cutlets and pan-fry on both sides until golden brown, 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through.** Cook the chicken in batches if necessary, adding more oil as needed, so as not to crowd the pan. Remove to a paper towel-lined plate. 

__Air Fryer:__ Preheat to 400°F. Cook chicken cutlets for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until cooked through.** 

Place cooked chicken in a single layer in a shallow baking pan and top each cutlet with a spoonful of sauce followed by an even layer of cheese. Reserve remaining sauce. 

Preheat broiler to high with rack 6 inches from heating element. Broil chicken until cheese is golden brown and sauce begins to bubble, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from oven.

__To Serve:__ Place chicken on plate and pour over remaining sauce. Top with fresh basil* if desired and serve alongside salad and bread or dessert. 

__For Demi Baguette:__ (Ready to eat. Heating instructions follow, if desired.) Place in 350°F oven directly on rack and heat for  5 minutes until bread is warmed through. For softer bread, sprinkle with a small amount of water and wrap in foil before placing in oven. 

- 4 Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Cutlets
- ½ jar (about 12 oz) Organico Bello Pasta Sauce of choice
- ¼ c vegetable oil*
- 1 bag (8 oz) The Fresh Market Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or 1 container (4 oz) Shaved Parmesan
- 1 bag The Fresh Market Premium Caesar Salad Kit
- Fresh basil*
- Demi Baguette or Chocolate Chip Brownies

Chicken Parmesan

The best way to enjoy a classic recipe is to keep it simple. The chicken and cheese should be a gorgeous golden-brown hue when finished. See below for step-by-step instructions on how to cook our chicken parmesan to perfection.  

Chicken Parm LBM

GET ONE: Parmesan-Crusted Chicken Cutlets (4 ct)

GET ONE: Organic Organico Bello Pasta Sauce (25 oz)

CHOOSE ONE: The Fresh Market Shredded Cheese (7-8 oz, choose from select varieties) or Shaved Parmesan (4 oz)

GET ONE: The Fresh Market Premium Caesar Salad Kit (10 oz)

CHOOSE ONE: Demi Baguette (2 ct) or Chocolate Chip Brownies (4 ct)

Once cutlets are cooked, add salad mix to a large bowl and add grape tomatoes and Parmesan. Season salad with salt and pepper to taste, then dress with lemon juice* and olive oil*, or with your favorite dressing.*

__To Serve:__ Divide cutlets onto 4 plates and serve alongside salad and bread or dessert.

__For Demi Baguette:__ (Ready to eat. Heating instructions follow, if desired.) Place in 350°F oven directly on rack and heat for 5 minutes until bread is warmed through. For softer bread, sprinkle with a small amount of water and wrap in foil before placing in oven.

**Ensure internal temperature of pork is 145°F and chicken is 165°F. 

- ¼ c vegetable oil*
- 4 Rosemary Garlic Chicken or Pork Cutlets
- 1 bag The Fresh Market Italian Restaurant Blend Salad Mix
- 1/2 pt grape tomatoes, cut in half
- ½ c shaved Parmesan
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper*
- Lemon wedges* and olive oil*
- Demi Baguette or Chocolate Chip Brownies
